BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Texas Southmost College announced that it will commemorate 90 years of serving the residents of Cameron and Willacy counties with a community event on Saturday, April 16, 2016, from 4 to 9 p.m., at TSC’s Main Campus, located at 80 Fort Brown in Brownsville.
