TSC to offer Saturday extended hours in August for fall registration

Texas Southmost College will offer extended hours every Saturday in August to assist students with registration for the fall 2019 semester. Fall classes begin Aug. 26.

Assistance will be available at the Oliveira Student Services Center, TSC's one-stop-shop for registration, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 3, 10, 17 and 24.

Services that will be available include: academic advising, admissions, cashiers, financial aid, testing center, veterans and military services.

"We understand that students have different schedules and may not have the chance to make it to campus to register for classes during regular hours," said Dr. Larry Rideaux, TSC vice president of student services. "By opening on Saturdays, we continue to provide students with access to college and additional opportunities to receive the assistance they need to register for classes."
